Team Bios

W. Claiborne Gallagher was born and raised in El Paso. Claiborne is a licensed real estate broker in both Texas and New Mexico for more than 20+ years and joined RJL in 2005.. He is experienced in retail, office, land, and investment sales. He has represented many national retail clients for more than a decade including Albertson’s, Circle K, Whataburger, Mister Car Wash, Panda Express, Taco Bell, Dunkin Doughnuts, and others. Claiborne has brokered multiple large land transactions and overseen several ground-up development projects.

In additional to real estate, Claiborne currently is on the board of Citizens Bank of Las Cruces, and finds time to volunteer in various capacities having served as board chair  of the Salvation Army of El Paso, Jr. Warden at St. Clements Church, board member of St. Clements School, ,  and past Treasurer of Rotary Club of El Paso.  Prior to his career in real estate, he was a licensed CPA working in public accounting for four years and owned franchised restaurants.  He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Texas (Hook Em). Claiborne has been married to Cynthia for over 35 years, and they have two daughters Casey and Abby, and William, their grandson.
