Team Bios

Paola A. Gallegos is an Associate at RJL Real Estate Consultants with a focus on the sale and leasing of commercial properties in El Paso. Ms. Gallegos previously worked as a Client Relations Specialist for RJL Real Estate Consultants and Property Management. She served as a liaison for our company’s clients and customers, developing relationships, providing guidance and advice to ensure all clients’ needs were being met.

Prior to joining RJL, Ms. Gallegos previously worked in the public sector as an Economic Development Specialist for the City of El Paso. She worked closely with the City’s incentive policies to help bring new attractions to the greater El Paso region while serving as a liaison between the private and public sector at a local, state and national level. She obtained her BA in International Relations and Economics from Saint Edward’s University. Paola is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Economics at the University of Texas at El Paso. Paola is a member of ICSC, Progress 321 and serves on Leadership El Paso’s Curriculum Committee. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking our local mountains and spending time with her Great Dane, Lola.
