Team Bios

Joe I. Sotelo a Senior Property Manager at RJL Property Management. Joe was born and raised in El Paso, Texas and considers himself a proud Texan. He received a multi-disciplinary degree from the University of Texas at El Paso and is currently working on getting his real estate license. He has been part of the RJL Property Management team for nearly six years.

He currently manages retail and office buildings and manages the maintenance engineers for the RJL Property Management group in El Paso, Texas. Honesty and integrity, along with determination and dedication, are philosophies that Joe strives for in all aspects of his life. He has a proven record of directly impacting his client’s financial success. Prior to working for RJL, Mr. Sotelo worked at the El Paso Country Club for eleven years. During his spare time, Joe enjoys spending time with his Doberman, Sasha, playing golf, and playing softball.
